Fred's career as an instructor has spanned theatre programs in three states. Upon moving to NE Ohio, he felt the need for high-quality training for aspiring young performers that had a serious, pre-professional approach.

He subsequently co-founded with Tom Fulton, and served as Artistic Director for the Fairmount Performing Arts Conservatory(FPAC). He also co-founded with Bebe Weinberg-Katz and served as Artistic Director the Hathaway Brown Theatre Institute(HBTI). Each provide an exciting curriculum of acting, voice and dance instruction, taught by working professionals.
